Luxury resort and club in South Florida offers first-class service for members’ and guests’ canine friends
BOCA RATON, Fla. - Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, announces today the launch of Paws in Paradise, allowing guests to experience first-class luxury service with their pup in tow. The program ensures all four-legged guests are treated to True Waldorf Service at the South Florida Resort, inclusive of welcome amenities, signature spa treatments, dining options and an in-house veterinarian.
“Since adopting Hays, the resort’s ‘Canine Director’ as part of the Assistance Dogs of Hawaii Program, we were inspired to a launch a pet-friendly program that speaks to the luxury of the Resort,” said John Tolbert, President and Managing Director of Boca Raton Resort & Club. “Hays also served as an inspiration for the launch of the Resort’s fundraising efforts for service dogs, and we could not be more excited to find additional ways to give back to our community and to all of our canine guests.”
The package is a $150 one-time, non-refundable fee and includes a welcome letter from Resort Canine Director, Hays, bottled water and food bowls, a luxury dog bed, access to the Bungalows dog park, dining options at Shaka and 501 East Terrace, daily tuck-in service, designated pet relief stations at the Tower, Yacht Club and Cloister. For events and conferences, the Resort offers Puppies & Ice Cream Breakout Session, where attendees can interact with service animals.
In partnership with Chateau Poochie, a local, full-service luxury canine hotel, Boca Raton Resort & Club will also provide guests’ pets with pampered grooming and indulgent spa treatments. Chateau Poochie’s signature treatment, the Blueberry Facial Luxury Spa Bath, is offered onsite in the guests’ respective suite and includes massage, brightening shampoo, aromatherapy, and hand drying. Guests can also opt for full-service pedicures and nail polish treatments for their four-legged friends. Chateau Poochie also offers doggy daycare social lounge play and five-star overnight boarding with both pickup and drop off for the canine guests. Treatments and additional services are not included in the package.
