Entice Your Taste Buds on Tuesdays at The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel’s Fountain Lounge with Burgers & Bubbles
Restaurant presents specialty burgers coupled with signature champagnes
NEW ORLEANS - The Fountain Lounge, The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel’s signature in-house restaurant and bar, invites locals and visitors alike to enjoy their new Burgers & Bubbles menu every Tuesday night starting February 12. Guests are invited to indulge on a variety of handcrafted specialty burgers like The Kingfish and The Rossini which feature toppings to please every palate. All burgers are served medium with Soft Potato Bun, House Made Pickle Vegetables, Kobe Beef Fat Fries, and a Glass of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne included in the price. Additionally, a selection of recommended champagnes will be available by the bottle from Marquis de la Tour, Perrier Jouet “Belle Epoque,” and Dom Perignon.
The burgers include Snake River Wagyu Beef, CAB Beef, a pescatarian option, or, for vegetarians, a 100% plant-based Beyond Burger. Delectable burger enhancements like onion jam, seared foie gras, and even Zapp’s Cajun Crawtators are available for guests wanting the ultimate burger experience.

In addition to Burgers & Bubbles on Tuesdays, Chef Carl’s chicken recipe perfected over four decades within the Fountain Lounge kitchen has been added to every Monday menu, along with traditional sides and regionally sourced beer. The Roosevelt New Orleans is ecstatic to offer Carl’s Fried Chicken every Monday at $18.93 per person, which signifies a big milestone for the property—its 125th birthday. In 1893, the property first opened as The Grunewald and is now considered one of the most historical hotels in the country. In honor of the milestone anniversary, the hotel is celebrating throughout the year in a variety of ways, including:
- Sazerac 125: The Sazerac Bar is serving a limited quantity commemorative “Sazerac 125” cocktail, offering a few discerning guests and locals a chance to take a sip of history. The $125 cocktail includes the rare, famed Thomas Handy Rye Whiskey and comes in a commemorative embossed keepsake glass. Only 125 will be sold.
- Guest Experiences: These fine dining events invite well-heeled locals and visitors alike to experience a night on the town. Further details will be announced soon.
- Rooftop pop-up series: Local chefs will venture to the hotel’s pool deck every Thursday during the summer. A variety of foods will be offered, as well as access to the pool—usually reserved for guests.
- Rooftop yoga: Held at the hotel’s rooftop pool bar and cabana, this happy hour with a healthy twist will include a workout, cocktails and food.
- “Pick Three” for $18.93: The Fountain Lounge, the property’s signature in-house restaurant, is offering guests the options to choose three items on the menu for $18.93, a nod to the year 1893 when the hotel first opened.
