RAPID CITY, S.D. - Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the opening of its newest hotel, the dual-branded Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Rapid City Rushmore and Tru by Hilton Rapid City Rushmore, bringing a total of 219 new rooms and suites to Rapid City and the Black Hills area. The dual-branded hotel complements a well-established Rapid City destination as it resides at the western entrance to Rushmore Crossing.
Developed, owned and managed by ChrisBro Hospitality, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Rapid City Rushmore and Tru by Hilton Rapid City Rushmore is the first new designed and purpose built dual brand hotel in South Dakota and is located at 825 Eglin Street in Rapid City. With a centralized location in the Black Hills allowing guests access the area’s biggest, historic attractions including Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, the Badlands, Custer State Park, Black Hills National Forest and downtown Rapid City.
