The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Opens in Virginia
HAMPTON, Va. - Chester based Shamin Hotels is placing finishing touches on the newly renovated The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The iconic nine-story hotel located in downtown Hampton was one of the first properties approved by Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

Shamin Hotels hired New York-based Celano Design Studio, a national leader in hospitality design, to work with Hilton on the unique design of the hotel. Tapestry Collection is positioned to appeal to travelers looking for comfort, convenience and reliability, while still allowing each hotel to keep its individual spirit and design. The concept offers guests an independent boutique style experience along with the reputation backed by the Hilton’s standard for service and cleanliness.

The hotel provides a complement of services and brand amenities, including 173 guest rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Hampton River, 10,000 square feet of event space and an indoor and outdoor bar and rooftop pool deck just steps from the Hampton Marina. Guests are within walking distance of museums, shops, and local breweries and dining, all located in the heart of downtown Hampton, Va.
