- Duo of North Carolina Semi-Boneless Quail Stuffed with a Chestnut and Cornbread Stuffing, served with a Braised Cherry and Vanilla Sauce and Collard Greens
- Sea Bass, Blue Crab “Imperial” served with Dirty Rice and Roasted Apple Beurre Blanc
- Slow-Roasted Petite Tenderloin of Beef served with Loaded Potato Hash, House Steak Sauce and Collard Greens
- Butternut Squash Ravioli Served with Sage Brown Butter Sauce
- Course 4 – Choice of:
