WOBURN, Mass. - Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the opening of its newest hotel, the dual-branded Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston Woburn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Woburn. Located just 12 miles north of Boston, the property is a unique new addition to the greater Boston area’s lodging offerings.
With 235 new rooms and suites, the hotel complex is perfect for business travelers to the New England Technology corridor or those travelers exploring historical sites like the Boston Freedom Trail, Minute Man National Historic Park and Salem. Hampton Inn by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Woburn offer a new lodging option for guests to explore the area and enjoy the spectacular New England fall foliage colors this time of the year.

The dual-brand concept provides enhanced and larger communal areas and amenities than what would be standard at a single-branded property, benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel has a mix of unique offerings – each catering to the needs of their respective guests – including designated lobby and dining areas. The property also has a variety of shared amenities including a deluxe 24-hour fitness center, indoor salt water pool, sun deck and outdoor terraces and kitchen/grill area. The six-story property, developed and owned by Concord Madison Woburn LLC and managed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises, is located at 371 Washington Street and boasts 235 total rooms, with 132 Hampton by Hilton rooms and 103 Homewood Suites by Hilton suites. Conveniently situated in Woburn, the hotel offers guests easy access to Cummings Business Park, Burlington Mall area, Tufts University and Anderson Commuter Rail Station for easy access to Boston. A complimentary shuttle service within a four-mile radius of the property is also available.

Curated art, such as the custom handmade textile wall hanging at the front desk that displays a historic map to Paul Revere’s midnight ride in the guestrooms, adds the final touches for a warm and welcoming modern design celebrating its local roots.
