Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Piper Glen Appoints New General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing
CHARLOTTE, North Carolina - Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Piper Glen, owned and operated by OmShera Hotel Group, announces Adam Nicholas as new general manager and Lisa Brown as new director of sales and marketing. Home2 Suites by Hilton is an award-winning brand of extended-stay hotels, part of Hilton's (NYSE: HLT) All Suites portfolio.
The four-story, 126-suite hotel is located at 5110 Piper Station Drive. The property is currently under construction and is scheduled to open July 2019. As general manager, Nicholas will be responsible for directing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, hotel administration, and overseeing marketing efforts. As director of sales, Brown will be in charge of building relationships and assessing the needs of local businesses, working with the general manager to facilitate marketing efforts, and overseeing sales efforts that ensure the success of the hotel.
Adam Nicholas brings more than ten years of hospitality experience to Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Piper Glen. Most recently, Nicholas served as the general manager of Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte North for three years. He also served as the assistant general manager for Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Ayrsley and Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport.
Lisa Brown joins Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Piper Glen team with more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Brown’s most recent position was a dual sales coordinator at Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites Charlotte/SouthPark. Additional past positions include serving as sales administrative assistant and front office supervisor for Hampton Inn & Suites SouthPark at Phillips Place.
