Special dishes created in support of World Oceans Day on June 8
SINGAPORE - With more than 80 percent of the world’s marine fish stocks either fully exploited or overfishedi, Verde Kitchen will be dedicating a special “Pick the Right Catch” theme with seasonal highlight menu items for diners from 1 June to 30 September 2019 that support the sustainable seafood movement. In addition to raising awareness on sustainable seafood dining, the seasonal menu also serves to support World Oceans Day on June 8, which invites people around the world to celebrate and honour the ocean.
Staying true to Verde Kitchen’s mantra of presenting “real food, full of natural flavours,” diners can expect a wholesome lunch that is big on flavours, nourishing for the body and sustainable for the ocean.
