The Skirvin Hilton Oklahoma City Names New General Manager of Park Avenue Grill and Red Piano Lounge
OKLAHOMA CITY - The Skirvin Hilton Oklahoma City has announced that Eddie Smith has been appointed general manager of Park Avenue Grill and Red Piano Lounge. In his new role at the AAA Four-Diamond property, Smith will be responsible for overseeing both the restaurant and cocktail lounge to maintain their position as exceptional food and beverage outlets in downtown Oklahoma City. He will also oversee the hotel’s in-room, fine dining experiences.
Smith joined The Skirvin Hilton team in 2016 as assistant outlets manager, and he has more than a decade of food and beverage experience. Prior to joining The Skirvin Hilton, he held positions at Broadway 10, Embassy Suites by Hilton, and Charleston’s.
