Steak with Dads at Opus Bar & Grill in the Month of June
New grill-smoked one kilogram Rosedale Ruby sirloin for two at $138 with two complimentary side dishes and special wine package
SINGAPORE - Opus Bar & Grill knows the best way to bond with Dad is over a hearty meal and introduces a new one kilogram grill-smoked bone-in Rosedale Ruby sirloin, a premium sharing steak for two in conjunction with Father’s Day Celebration. In the month of June, the restaurant will extend two complimentary side dishesi and a special wine package with any order of the new cut. Select from a two-hour free flow of selected white and red wines at only $15 per person from Sunday to Thursday, or 50 percent off selected wine by the bottle on Friday and Saturday.
Listed on TripAdvisor as one of the top ten steakhouses in Singapore, the new one kilogram bone-in Rosedale Ruby sirloin is seasoned with chef’s special marinade, then masterfully grilled over an open-flame charcoal grill before smoked to finish, giving it an alluring woodsy char aroma. The new steak cut is served with fragrant dried rose petal salt and presented to diners in a closed glass dome for a show-stopping theatrical presentation that evokes all senses of sight, scent and taste. Rosedale Ruby herd is raised 100 percent hormone- and chemical-free on the pristine pasture across South Eastern Australian farmland and then grain finished for approximately 110 days to ensure the finest flavour, tenderness, marbling and nutrition. Every cut of Rosedale Ruby A+ premium grade free-range beef comes from a herd of young award-winning, prime Angus-Charolais cattle that are less than 36 months of age.
Opus Bar & Grill also serves other sharing cuts of 600 grams to one kilogram such as the signature Black Angus bone-in rib eye that is dry-aged in-house for 14 to 36 days and whiskey-aged Australian F1 Wagyu Tomahawk steak priced from $128. Single hand-selected prime grade cuts of 250 to 300 grams from the U.S., Argentina and Australia are priced from $58.

Besides a wide selection of prime cuts, the modern grill also receives compliments on standout dishes that focus on simple cooking techniques partnered with the purity of charcoal grilling, and pride itself as being environmentally conscious having achieved the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)’s Chain of Custody certification. Seafood dishes with the eco label in the menu are prepared with seafood sources that are sustainably caught.
