SEYCHELLES - Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa is proud to unveil the new culinary concept and menu at Les Cocotiers Restaurant, featuring premium grilled steaks and seafood with Seychellois-infused vibrant flavours.
This romantically placed restaurant under the swaying palm trees has recently undergone a redesign, refreshing the interior with natural woods atmospheric lighting, and a collection of original paintings by local artist George Camille.
Guests can enjoy a-la-carte dishes, with indoor and alfresco dining under Seychellois skies or in elegant surrounds with stunning panoramic island views.
From the grill, diners can select succulent prime steaks, from South African Karan beef, or indulge in tender cutlets and ribs. In addition, traditional side-dishes and a wide range of sauces including classic béarnaise, innovative passion fruit hollandaise or Takamaka pepper sauce, made using Seychellois-grown spices, are served alongside.
The sumptuous starters menu includes salt and chilli squid with spicy wasabi mayonnaise, or delicate pumpkin and sage ravioli. For dessert fresh fruits and sorbets, contrasting textures and unusual ingredients are paired with indulgent sweet flavours, such as sweet potato tartin served with Seychellois vanilla ice cream.
