Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok Appoints Ivan Negro As New Italian Chef De Cuisine
BANGKOK - Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok today announces the appointment of Ivan Negro as Italian Chef De Cuisine. Chef Ivan will report to the hotel's Executive Chef Khun Supoj Suwanwong and will be responsible for overall kitchen operations at the award-winning modern Italian restaurant Scalini.
Chef Ivan joins Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok from Officina della Pasta restaurant, Poland as consulting chef. He previously worked at the Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai where he held the position of head chef at Acqua restaurant. Chef Ivan Negro begins his new duties on February 7, 2017.
