From 21 November to 31 December, begin the celebrations with Christmas treats of artisanal yule logs and hearty gourmet roasts from D9 festive deli followed by exclusive festive menus from Opus Bar & Grill and il Cielo, the hotel’s Italian restaurant. Rooftop Italian Dining at il Cielo
Take the celebrations up a notch at the semi-al fresco rooftop Italian restaurant at Level 24 with handcrafted dishes featuring premium seasonal Italian and Japanese ingredients complemented with scenic city views. Look forward to curated Christmas and New Year’s Eve menus by il Cielo Chef Yohhei Sasaki highlighting specialties of foie gras with Japanese daikon (radish), yellowtail, horseradish and yuzu miso vinaigrette, grilled Sicilian red prawn with couscous, Tuscan seafood sauce and zucchini and braised Hokkaido snow beef A5 neck with dark miso marinated celeriac and lemon pickles.

From 10 to 21 December, gather the office associates for a rewarding weekday festive lunch buffet with unlimited rounds of goodness including a fresh seafood bar, gourmet pastas, roasted turkey, a variety of international specialty cuisines and a dessert bar of homemade D9 log cakes, Christmas shooters and chocolate fountain.
Spend an indulgent Saturday afternoon at D9 Saturday festive high tea buffet with six live stations, over 30 festive specialties and local favourites as well as free flow of artisanal D9 festive delights decked on the six-metre long D9 dessert showcase. Some of the savoury highlights include fresh seafood, freshly baked stone-hearth oven pizza, roasted turkey, a parmesan cheese wheelpasta of king prawn and pesto linguine with zucchini, crispy soft shell crab brioche and more. Complete the high tea experience with free flow of coffee and more than ten types of premium TWG teas to select from.

Enliven the celebratory parties and gatherings with a selection of hearty gourmet carvings including roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing, Australian beef sirloin, honey-glazed ham in-bone with rosemary as well as a variety of artisanal homemade festive creations featuring four new yule logs:
- Mont Blanc: an elegant favourite with delicate strands of chestnut crémeux with fluffy vanilla Bavarian and Chantilly cream, rich chestnut purée and Nespresso Caramelito coffee jelly in between the layers of nutty macadamia sponge.
- Noisette 62% Macae: Perfect for the chocolate lovers with a balanced blend of Valrhona Macaé 62% dark chocolate and sweet hazelnut gianduja crémeux with dark chocolate sponge, crunchy roasted hazelnuts and sablé breton.
- Rosemary Apricot: a bright orange creation of light Viennese sponge layered with rosemary infused fresh apricot compote, citrusy orange blossom mousse, chewy apricot bits and crunchy sablé breton.
- Candied Red Fruit: A whimsical twist to the traditional Christmas candied fruits. This duo-glazed red yule log is a mixture of sweet homemade candies, tarty red fruit compote balanced with fragrant peach nectar ganache and elderflower jelly.
