SEDONA, Ariz. - Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa has expanded its spa and wellness offerings to include a wider variety of locally-inspired spa treatments, results-driven services and exclusive access to Concierge United Wellness, a concierge medical delivery system.
As part of the resort's on-site Sedona Athletic Club, which offers 25,000 square feet of fitness, wellness and spa amenities, eforea: spa at Hilton delivers a full-service spa experience for resort guests and club members alike. Offering an entirely new menu of massage, body and facial services, treatments focus on indigenous ingredients and techniques that truly reflect the region of Sedona and the greater Southwest. With several one-of-kind spa experiences, one of the most unique is "The Manteadas Massage," a 90- minute massage featuring Curanderismo, a traditional Hispanic healing method that uses gentle stretching and unwinding, combined with traditional massage.
New signature treatments focused on a journey to escape are unique to the region and indigenous in nature, designed to inspire and provide a truly unique spa experience. These signature services include:
- Signature Terra Roja Experience, a 105-minute treatment featuring a double exfoliation with honey and sage, sacred red mud body wrap and full massage.
- Signature Full Circle, a 90-minute massage treatment inspired by the four directions of mind, body, heart and soul. The journey includes cleansing, exfoliation, traditional massage, grounding stones, a cocoon wrap and energy work.
- Signature Sedona Stone Facial, a 90-minute hot stone facial designed to melt away tension and fatigue with smooth warm stones used to gently massage the face, neck shoulders, arms, hands and feet.
Signature treatments within the essentials journey focus on powerful, technologicallyadvanced services that provide instant results. These signature services include:
- Signature Red Earth Cocoon, a 60-minute loofah and yucca root wash exfoliation finished with jojoba body butter.
- Signature Therapeutic Thermal Journey, a 60-minute massage that is reminiscent of hot desert days and cool desert nights using hot stones, cold stones and warm and cold compresses.
- Signature Anti-Aging Facial, a 90-minute facial designed to turn back the clock with double enzyme exfoliation and botanical mask.
More customized experiences created just for the Sedona traveler include enhancements such as Hikers, Bikers & Golfers, an added 30 minutes of massage focused on hamstrings, calves, hips and lower back. The Four Directions Energy Enhancement, also 30 minutes, offers four different types of energy work including kinetic, oceanic, earth and vibration.
Guests at Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa can also now take advantage of the spa's new partnership with Concierge United Wellness (CU Well), a mobile medical delivery service that provides onsite high-end medical treatment at the resort. Designed for travelers in need of a one-time treatment, such as for unexpected back, neck or hip pain, or a more extensive comprehensive wellness program, CU Well doctors of physical therapy provide and create custom treatment plans that can be continued at home. Treatments and plans range from realignment through manipulation and mobilization and body mechanics training to pool programs, exercise routines specific to individual needs, and golf and tennis programs. As a mobile service, guests can request a CU Well licensed doctor of physical therapist for a private appointment at eforea: spa at Hilton.
The expanded services and spa offerings are part of the resort's recent multi-million dollar renovation designed to bring the essence of Sedona through the doors of the resort with a refreshed, locally-inspired lobby experience, redesigned guest rooms and social spaces.
