Hilton And AHA Meet With Purpose At Hilton Darwin
DARWIN, Nritoryorthern Ter - Hilton Darwin and DoubleTree by Hilton Darwin have joined with Australian Hotels Association Northern Territory to launch the 'NT Local Produce' booth at the 2017 AHA NT Trade Show. The booth will highlight the best of Northern Territory's local food producers and its food tourism, as well as introduce Hilton's initiative, Meet with Purpose.
Meet with Purpose focuses on three key principles including 'Mindful Meeting,' Mindful Eating,' and Mindful Being.' This keeps guests revved and ready with healthier break options including healthy food & beverage offerings, fitness & relaxation activities, giveback opportunities and ways to reduce waste and preserve resources at any meeting or event.
The 'NT Local Produce' exhibit is a brand new initiative for the AHA NT Trade Show, which will welcome over 300 hospitality professionals on Tuesday 6 May. Hilton chefs, Madusha Olupathage and Jo Jo Borlagdan, have curated a healthy tasting menu using fresh and local ingredients, which will be available throughout the duration of the trade show. The ingredients come from local producers such as Thompson's of Litchfield, Notly Farms, Prayer Farm, Humpty Doo Barra and Eva Valley Meats.
