The Inn at Penn, A Hilton Hotel Appoints Dale Johnson as Director of Operations
PHILADELPHIA - The Inn at Penn, A Hilton Hotel has announced the appointment of Dale Johnson as director of operations of the 248-room property. Prior to joining the hotel, Johnson was the general manager of the 169-room DoubleTree by Hilton Campbell – Pruneyard Plaza in California.

Johnson is a seasoned hospitality veteran with more than 13 years of experience with Hilton. Prior to his previous role in California, he served as the director of operations at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston – Downtown and the assistant general manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Memphis. Throughout his career with Hilton, Johnson has been instrumental in enhancing the guest experience, deploying new sales strategies and increasing guest satisfaction scores.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
