SINGAPORE - Opus Bar & Grill knows the best way to Dad’s heart is through his stomach and introduces the 800 gram Australian Westholme Wagyu Sirloin, a sharing steak for two, in celebration of Father’s Day. In the month of June, the restaurant will extend two complimentary side dishes and a special wine package with any order of the new cut. Select from a two-hour free flow of selected white and red wines from Sunday to Thursday, or 50 percent off wine by the bottle on Friday and Saturday.
Listed on TripAdvisor as one of the top ten steakhouses in Singapore, each 800gram Australian Westholme wagyu sirloin served at Opus Bar & Grill comes with rich marbling throughout the cut – masterfully grilled over an open-flame charcoal grill for the highly sought after smoky flavour. The Westholme Wagyu herd contains some of the most highly credentialed Wagyu cattle to ever leave Japan. The cattle are raised on pristine tracts of Mitchell grass in Queensland which are grain-finished with a proprietary blend of grains that provide the best nutrition.
Opus Bar & Grill also serves other signature sharing cuts such as the 800g Rangers Valley Angus OP rib that is dry-aged in-house for 14 to 36 days, 1 to 1.2kg whiskey-aged U.S. California Tomahawk steak and prime grade cuts from U.S. Greater Omaha priced from $58.

- 220g Kobe-cuisine Australian Wagyu rib-eye, marble score 6
- 250g Grainge Angus rib-eye or 220g tenderloin, 150 days grain-fed
- 220g U.S. Greater Omaha sirloin, rib-eye or tenderloin, 100 days corn-fed
Opus signature sharing prime cuts:
- 1 to 1.2kg U.S. whiskey-aged California Tomahawk, 365 days grain-fed
- 800g Australian Rangers Valley Angus OP rib dry-aged, marble score 4
- 1 to 1.2kg Black Angus Porterhouse, marble score 3
Besides a wide selection of prime cuts, the modern grill also receives compliments on standout dishes that focus on simple cooking techniques partnered with the purity of charcoal grilling, and pride itself as being environmentally conscious having achieved the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)’s Chain of Custody certification. Seafood dishes with the eco label in the menu are prepared with seafood sources that are sustainably caught.
MSC certified dishes from the Opus menu include:
- MSC Glacier 51 toothfish fillet with charred leek, broccolini and brown butter dashi
- MSC Atlantic scallops with edamame, blood sausage and miso espuma
