Josu Sedano was appointed executive chef of Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa in July 2015. In addition to overseeing all Food & Beverage sectors at the resort, including seven restaurants and 24 hour in-villa dining, Chef Josu’s responsibilities also include the challenging task of managing more than 70 chefs and team members at the resort, as well as supervising training, development and menu creation.
