The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Certified and 365-day grain-fed Tomahawk steak is wrapped in a bourbon whiskey-soaked cloth and dry-aged in a custom-made Himalayan salt tile cabinet for up to 21 days. The liquor amplifies the dry-aging process, increasing the meat’s flavor and tenderizing it along the way, while absorbing the subtle bourbon whiskey notes of vanilla and wood. This new cut, which serves two, is priced at $128.
