Set to break ground in late October 2015, the estimated $15 million project will convert a portion of the hotel’s seven-acre Sculpture Park and Tennis Courts into a world-class water facility, unparalleled in North Texas. Designed to attract leisure and family guests throughout the summer season, the project will encompass approximately three acres and include multiple heated swimming pools and recreation areas, as well as enhanced walking paths and green spaces. New food and beverage options will also be added in the form of a new outdoor restaurant and bar, as well as a separate 16-seat swim-up bar. The project is scheduled for completion by mid-May 2016.
