LOMPOC, Calif. and MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton's (NYSE: HLT) upscale global brand of hotels, today announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn - Lompoc, CA. The property, which will be owned by Lompoc Land Holdings, LLC and managed by Legend Hospitality, INC., will introduce the Hilton Garden Inn brand and 156 new rooms to the city.

Scheduled to open in May 2017, Hilton Garden Inn - Lompoc, CA will be located on 1201 North H Street, near major businesses, coastal California cities and unique food and wine experiences. In particular, the property will be in close proximity to Vandenberg Air Force Base, NASA, Lockheed Martin, Boeing Launch Operations, Jalama State Beach, the Danish town of Solvang, the Santa Rita Hills wine region and the Lompoc Wine Ghetto.
