Hilton Opens First Hotel in Latvia
The new 100-guest room hotel is located in the heart of Riga’s Old Town
RIGA, LATVIA - Hilton Garden Inn Riga Old Town has officially opened its doors. The 100-room hotel opens in the year of Hilton’s 100th anniversary and is the first Hilton property to open in Latvia. Located steps away from sites such as Riga Cathedral and House of Blackheads, the hotel is a great option for both leisure and business travellers.
The brand new hotel is located in the heart of Riga’s Old Town and is conveniently situated 11 kilometers from Riga International Airport. Guests can dine at the Beef Room, the hotel’s on-site restaurant, and enjoy a variety of quality steaks. In addition, travellers can pick up snacks from the hotel’s 24-hour shop or work out in the fitness centre on property before starting their day.
The hotel’s meeting rooms located on the ground floor are named Oak and Linden, the national trees of Latvia. The spacious rooms seat 80 people, offer natural daylight, and can be used for presentations, workshops as well as press conferences and private events. The rooms offer complimentary Wi-Fi, stationary technical equipment, and a flexible conference and events food menu to make any event successful and memorable.
