Hilton Garden Inn Recognizes Top Performing Hotels for Outstanding Achievements in 2015
Team Members and Hotels Awarded for Best in Class Performance
MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Worldwide's (NYSE: HLT) upscale global brand of hotels, is pleased to announce North American winner, Hilton Garden Inn Durham/University Medical Center, NC, and international winner Hilton Garden Inn Kirov, Russia, who took top honors with the Connie Pride Hotel of the Year Awards. This impressive distinction is only presented to two outstanding properties each year out of 665 hotels worldwide for their remarkable achievements. The brand also recognized nearly 60 additional hotels and individuals for their contributions and successes as best in class performers.
The prestigious Connie Award, named after Hilton Worldwide's founder Conrad Hilton, is awarded based on three key components: quality assurance audits measuring cleanliness, condition and brand standards, customer satisfaction scores rating staff service and the quality of the hotel's physical accommodations. The winners represent the highest scores in the brand system in all of these categories.

2015 Pride Awards were presented to Hilton Garden Inn Findlay located in Ohio, Hilton Garden Inn Mobile East Bay/Daphne in Alabama and Hilton Garden Inn Krasnodar, Russia, in honor of being recognized as the second and third highest ranking properties across the brand's portfolio in the areas of quality, customer satisfaction and cleanliness as well as exemplary efforts in hotel operations.
Additional winners included Abigail Flynn of Hilton Garden Inn Durham/University Medical Center, NC, and Chad Patterson of Hilton Garden Inn Florence, SC, who received The Barbara Bejan General Manager of the Year award, and Director of Sales of the Year, Christina Bell of Hilton Garden Inn Ann Arbor, MI, and Traci Kessler of Hilton Garden Inn Durham/University Medical Center, NC. These individuals were recognized for their outstanding performance, leadership and passionate dedication to the brand.
