Hilton Garden Inn Opens Six New U.S. Hotels as Part of Autumn Expansion and Continues Robust International Growth
Growth in Brazil, Canada & China puts award-winning, global upscale brand at a total of nine new hotel openings last month
In September alone, Hilton Garden Inn opened six new U.S. hotels in Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, New York, North Carolina and Texas. In doing so, the global brand continues to bring its light and airy properties, extensive food and beverage offerings and all the "Simple Things on Another Level" to even more of today's modern travelers. This includes each hotel featuring the brand's inviting food and beverage options, which address consumers' changing dining preferences with healthier and more on-trend menu choices, small plates, premium varietal wines, national and local craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails*.
"As part of our global initiative to refresh and amplify our brand, we are proud to welcome to our portfolio these new hotels that cater to the evolving needs of our guests," said John Greenleaf, global head, Hilton Garden Inn. "Like every one of our locations, these properties give business and leisure guests upscale yet affordable accommodations and the amenities they prefer for a relaxing and comfortable stay."
With these six properties - and another three that opened internationally - Hilton Garden Inn now has more than 750 hotels worldwide. The September U.S. openings - also featured in the accompanying illustration - include:
- New York: Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown
- Texas: Hilton Garden Inn Houston-Baytown
- North Carolina: Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/South Park
- Arkansas: Hilton Garden Inn Little Rock Downtown
- Alabama: Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Downtown
- Kansas: Hilton Garden Inn Salina
With properties in 33 countries and territories, Hilton Garden Inn also continues to expand internationally, with September hotel openings to the north (Hilton Garden Inn Winnipeg South in Canada), south (Hilton Garden Inn Santo Andre in Brazil) and east (Hilton Garden Inn Shiyan in China).
The new hotels - like Hilton Garden Inn's entire portfolio - are part of Hilton Honors, the award-winning guest-loyalty program for Hilton's 14 distinct hotel brands.
