The hotel is the first to be connected to Heathrow’s Central Terminal Building
LONDON - Today Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 opens its doors to guests. It is an exciting time for us and we are thrilled to open the hotel alongside Arora Group’s 20th anniversary and Hilton’s 100th anniversary.”
The 14-floor property features 369 comfortable guest rooms, including 23 family rooms and 10 suites offering an adjoining seating area with a sofa bed and a 55-inch HDTV. Guests have access to numerous amenities and services, including complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, a 24-hour business center, a state-of-the-art fitness center and The Shop – a 24-hour, grab-and-go retail space, offering a mix of healthy, indulgent and fresh foods and a self-serve specialty coffee bar. Additionally, for meetings and events professionals, the hotel has five high-tech meeting rooms, with the largest capacity for up to 65 people.
Guests can indulge at the hotel’s main restaurant, The Apron, and enjoy a hearty breakfast, lunch or dinner. After a long flight, guests can visit the Runway Bar on the hotel’s rooftop (opening August 2019) and enjoy a range of cocktails and small plates while overlooking 360º views of Heathrow’s runway.
“With more than 10 properties now open in the U.K., we are delighted to be expanding our Hilton Garden Inn portfolio with the opening of Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2,” said John Greenleaf, Global Head of Hilton Garden Inn. “We look forward to offering guests easy access to and from Heathrow’s terminals and making their travels even more enjoyable with our bright and welcoming hospitality.”
