Hilton Continues Expansion in Brazil With Opening of Fourth Hilton Garden Inn Hotel
The 153-room property debuts in Itajaí as the first all-glass hotel at Brava Beach
ITAJAÍ, Brazil and MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton’s (NYSE: HLT) award-winning, global upscale brand of hotels, today announced its portfolio growth in Brazil with the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Itajaí, the brand’s fourth in-market property. As the first Hilton Garden Inn in southern Brazil, the 153-room new-built hotel is meticulously designed as an all-glass contemporary tower. Located minutes from Praia Brava Beach, known as the most recognized beach in the region, the hotel is owned by Grupo Riviera and operated by Atlantica Hotels.
As a food and beverage leader in the upscale hotel category for more than a decade, Hilton Garden Inn recently unveiled a comprehensive brand refresh designed to build on the brand’s commitment to anticipate and cater to the evolving needs of today’s traveler. The newly debuted hotel offers a variety of on-site dining including a 24-hour grab-and-go retail space offering a mix of healthy, indulgent and fresh foods as well as authentic local cuisine at Dom Rosso Grill Restaurant opened daily for freshly prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner, specializing in grilled meats and offering an extensive and diverse wine list.
Hilton Garden Inn guests will be treated to numerous amenities and services, including complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, a state-of-the-art fitness center, dry and wet saunas, and an outdoor pool. Ideal for corporate events and conventions, Hilton Garden Inn Itajaí also offers a helipad and seven function spaces for up to 500 people.
Each guest room and suite boasts the brand’s signature bedding featuring fresh, white duvets and crisp linens; a spacious and clutter-free work desk with an ergonomic desk chair; and an in-room "hospitality center" with a mini fridge, and a coffee maker.
