West Des Moines Welcomes New Hampton by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton Properties
New hotels are near Wells Fargo Arena and other area attractions
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa and MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) announced the opening of Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton West Des Moines/SW Mall Area and Homewood Suites by Hilton West Des Moines/SW Mall Area. Both properties are developed and owned by Kinseth Hospitality.
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton West Des Moines/SW Mall Area joins the Hampton by Hilton portfolio with 102 rooms and is located at 6160 Mills Civic Parkway. As the latest property to join the upscale, all-suite, extended-stay hotel brand, Homewood Suites West Des Moines/SW Mall Area adds 100 suites that are a combination of studio, one and two bedrooms. The hotel is located at 6220 Stagecoach Drive.
Both properties are located near the business and shopping districts of West Des Moines. Guests can enjoy easy access to Jordan Creek Town Center, Wells Fargo Arena and is near the Hy-Vee Conference Center and Iowa Events Center.

The new Hampton hotel's amenities include free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour business center with complimentary printing, a 588 square foot meeting space that can accommodate up to 45 people, indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness center. The hotel also provides free On the House hot breakfast as well as Hampton's On the RunTM Breakfast Bags, available Monday through Friday.
Also, the hotel features the Perfect Mix Lobby, designed as an extension of the guestroom with a variety of seating and lighting options for both leisure and business travelers. Additionally, guests can purchase items from the 24-hour Suite Shop, a new food and beverage shop with snacks, toiletries, local merchandise and drinks for purchase. Guestrooms are equipped with the brand's signature Clean and fresh Hampton bed®, LCD TV, microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. Inviting suites are also available, offering additional space and a comfortable sleeper sofa.
