New Hampton Hotel Breaks Ground in Woodinville
Hotel Expected to Welcome Guests in July 2016
WOODINVILLE, Wash. - Hampton by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide's global brand of more than 2,020 mid-priced Hampton Inn by Hilton, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton hotels, today announced the groundbreaking of the 102-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Seattle/Woodinville.
The property is owned by Woodinville Hotel Investors, LLC and will be operated by Capri Hospitality Management. Construction, led by Jansen Construction Company and JRA Architecture, is expected to be completed by July 2016.

The four-story hotel will be located at 19211 Woodinville - Snohomish Road and also be unique by providing 4,000 sq, feet of winery retail space including Tertulia Cellars from Walla Walla, WA. The hotel will additionally feature the Perfect Mix Lobby, designed with a variety of seating and lighting options for both leisure and business travelers as an extension of the guestroom.
