New hotel is located off Medical Mile in downtown
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. and MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) announced the opening of Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown, its newest property to join Hampton by Hilton, the global brand of more than 2,000 mid-priced Hampton Inn by Hilton, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton hotels. The 142-room hotel, located at 433 Dudley Place NE in Grand Rapids, is owned and managed by Lodgco Hospitality LLC and Third Coast Development.
Located off I-96 and along Medical Mile, the new hotel is one mile from downtown Grand Rapids. It is within walking distance from the area's Women's Health Center of West Michigan, Spectrum Butterworth Hospital and near six universities. Additionally, guests are nearby DeVos Convention Center, DeltaPlex Arena and Griffin's Hockey Games at the VanAndel Arena, Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum, the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts and John Ball Zoo.
