It recently received the 2014 Circle of Excellence award, presented to properties for their efforts in service excellence and growing customer loyalty.
Specifically, Circle of Excellence award winners are based on customer feedback for overall accommodations measured through guest satisfaction surveys about the hotel and service scores measured quarterly by the company. The property will also receive a brand trophy to display in its Perfect Mix Lobby.
