Hilton Worldwide Appoints Andy Paschke as Area Director of Sales and Marketing
SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Andy Paschke has been promoted to area director of sales and marketing for the Hilton Worldwide San Diego Sales Complex, which includes Hilton San Diego Bayfront, Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Diego - Mission Valley.
Andy Paschke began his career in hospitality more than 14 years ago. His first Hilton assignment was as a senior sales manager at Hilton Minneapolis. He relocated to San Diego in 2011 as assistant director of sales and spent most of his career in sales handling the high-profile Washington, D.C. market.
Most recently, Paschke served as director of sales at the Hilton Worldwide San Diego Complex. A strong advocate of Hilton's value engagement culture and an outstanding coach, Paschke led his team to outstanding productivity and record-setting complex market share.
A native of rural Minnesota, Paschke graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in hospitality management. He and his wife Autumn enjoy playing co-ed softball and checking out the newest neighborhood restaurants in San Diego.
