DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tucson – Reid Park Welcomes New Executive Chef Alan Lambert
TUCSON, Ariz. - Chef Alan Lambert has joined DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tucson – Reid Park as the new Executive Chef.
Chef Lambert brings his passionate and enthusiastic approach to food innovation through leading the culinary vision of Squaw Valley Ski Resort and Miraval Arizona. Most recently, Chef Lambert served as Executive Chef of MountainView Bistro at SaddleBrooke Two in Tucson.
While at MountainView Bistro, Chef Lambert successfully pioneered its innovative plant-based menu that introduced diners to fresh vegan and vegetarian dishes. Respecting that a growing number of diners opt for plant-based dishes, Chef Lambert is recognized for his willingness to engage with guests to create an inclusive dining experience for all.
Chef Lambert received his culinary arts degree at Yuba College in California. Additionally, his cooking methods are defined by his experience growing up in a small town, where he developed a deep sense of community and passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Managed by California-based Marin Management, Inc., DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tucson – Reid Park is currently undergoing a $16 million transformation to enhance its lobby, bar, two restaurants, 400-person ballroom, meeting rooms and courtyards. In addition to the interior renovation, the property’s landscape will be redone with plush new greenery, a new porte-cochère, refreshed exterior paint and improvements to the hotel’s pool area. The hotel’s renovation is expected to conclude in 2019.
