DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit-Novi Appoints Austin O’Dell Executive Chef
New Leadership for Novi hotel’s restaurant and catering operations
NOVI, Mich. - DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit-Novi, part of DoubleTree by Hilton's fast-growing global portfolio of upscale, full-service hotels, announced today that Austin O'Dell has been appointed Executive Chef of the hotel's Garden Cafe restaurant.

Prior to joining DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit-Novi, Austin was Sous Chef at the Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest and a former Sous Chef DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit-Novi three years ago. Austin is a graduate of Schoolcraft College with a degree in Culinary Arts.
