Hilton’s Curio Collection Signs New Hotel in Dubai
Arabesque inspired property to open in Business Bay in 2019
DUBAI, UAE & MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has signed a management agreement with Khamas Group of Investments to open a hotel under the Curio Collection by Hilton brand in Dubai. The 252 guest room hotel will be located in Business Bay, a fast growing district in the Emirate.
Curio Collection by Hilton offer one-of-a-kind discoveries without redefining the independent spirit of a property. With its Arabesque design concept borrowing influences from the region's rich heritage, the hotel will have its own unique character and personality, appealing to curious travelers seeking authentic Middle Eastern experiences.

The hotel will be located on the Dubai Water Canal, a 3.2 kilometre waterway that winds through the city and connects to the Arabian Gulf. It will be near a 12 kilometre circular waterfront promenade which will include 16 parks, five marinas, 'floating' retail and dining outlets on the water and a yacht club when complete. The property will also offer easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and major attractions such as the Dubai Opera, the Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountains and the Burj Khalifa.

Once Hotel is open in the thriving Business Bay area, the property will offer guests the spirit of an independent hotel with unique Arabic architecture and interior design, while offering the services and consistency of Hilton".

This latest property adds to the Curio brand's growing portfolio in the Middle East which will see The Rosemont Hotel & Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton open in Dubai in 2018. The region's debut property, AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Curio Collection by Hilton opened in Qatar in 2016.
