(the “Issuer”) successfully upsized and finalized the terms of the Issuer’s offering of $800 million aggregate principal amount of 3.750% Senior Notes due 2029 and $1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Senior Notes due 2031 (collectively, the “Notes”).
