Throughout September and October, Hilton will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of its Elevator Graduate Training Program. The unique program is designed to fast-track ambitious, globally mobile graduates into General Manager positions within five to eight years of completing the program.
During the 18-month program, which is available in Europe, Middle East and Africa, or Latin America and the Caribbean, Elevator graduates spend nine months at two different hotels, experiencing all core functions of managing a hotel, from finance and sales to HR and food and beverage. After graduation, these Team Members spend the next five to eight years consolidating their experience on the SHINE management program, which provides ongoing support and development to candidates, with the ultimate aim of setting them up for a General Manager role.
Stay tuned in the coming weeks for a series of videos spotlighting some of our Team Members who have completed the program across the EMEA and CALA regions.
