02.29.12Hilton Worldwide Signs Agreement to Develop First Hilton Garden Inn in North China
Hilton Worldwide today announced that it has signed a management agreement with Dandong Huilong Industrial Development Co., Ltd (DHID) for the first mid-market Hilton Garden Inn branded hotel in Dandong, Liaoning Province, North China. The agreement also marks the second Hilton Garden Inn in China, following the first property located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province scheduled to open in December of 2012. Construction on the 190-room Hilton Garden Inn Dandong is scheduled to begin in March 2012 for a March 2014 opening.

Scheduled to open in 2014, the 261-room DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta-Diponegoro, Indonesia will be conveniently located two kilometers away from the “Golden Triangle,” Jakarta’s key commercial zone and the high-end Jalan Diponegoro area, where several embassies and many government officials reside.

Hilton Worldwide today signed a management agreement with ASV Investment Co., Ltd to introduce the first DoubleTree by Hilton property to Japan. Scheduled to open in mid-2012 as Hilton Worldwide's tenth property in Japan, the 228-room DoubleTree by Hilton, Naha will be located in Naha, the capital city of Okinawa. Situated at the heart of Naha's central business district, DoubleTree by Hilton, Naha will be located directly opposite the Okinawa Monorail station in Asahibashi, 11 minutes away from Naha Airport by monorail and 500 meters away from the local ferry terminal.
