希尔顿集团在中国大陆所有酒店恢复正常运营

中国上海和美国弗吉尼亚州麦克莱恩市 - 希尔顿今日宣布,中国大陆所有酒店恢复正常运营。各酒店已做好充分准备,严格执行高标准的卫生防疫措施,全力保障宾客及员工的安全,用希尔顿的“热情好客”迎接宾客。同时,希尔顿进一步调整管理和运营,满足宾客、业主和所在社区在疫情之后需求变化。 

希尔顿集团大中华区及蒙古总裁钱进表示:“今天,我们非常高兴地看到,希尔顿在中国大陆所有酒店恢复正常运营,开门接待宾客。这一切归功于中国人民团结一心、共同抗疫的努力所取得的成果,归功于希尔顿所有团队成员为适应新环境做出的迅速调整。在如此关键时刻,这一胜利成果给予我们面对挑战的勇气和信心。” 

希尔顿集团总裁兼首席执行官克里斯托弗•纳塞塔表示:“宾客和团队成员的安全与健康对我们来说一直是至关重要的事情。希尔顿中国大陆所有酒店恢复正常运营,是我们全球逐步复苏进程中的第一步。一方面,我们尽一切所能照顾希尔顿大家庭的团队成员;另一方面,我非常骄傲地看到,团队成员团结一致,相互扶持,支持所在社区。我们相信,光明就在前方。我们期待用希尔顿的‘热情好客’,迎接中国和世界各地的宾客。”

积极支持抗击疫情,提升酒店管理服务 

疫情伊始,希尔顿便迅速行动,应对挑战。在运营层面,希尔顿对所有酒店日常安全防护和运营进行全面评估和管理规划,从危机管理、卫生防疫、食品安全等多个方面,做出调整并制定详实的规章制度:

  • 集团和酒店全体员工严防死守,杜绝疏漏;
  • 启动并坚持集团和酒店两层的危机管理小组机制,确保所有员工知晓突发事件紧急处理流程;
  • 酒店严格执行当地政府防疫要求,对入店宾客以及员工测量体温、检查健康码、登记旅行史;
  • 全面提高公共区域(包括大堂、电梯、门把手、公共卫生间等)清洁频率,并坚持使用医院级别的消毒剂;
  • 加强员工的培训和教育,专门聘请外部专业清洁公司,针对酒店工作场景,对全体员工进行科学培训及指导。 

在食品卫生安全方面,希尔顿采用成熟的FSAA (Food Safety Annual Audit )食品卫生管理体系,追踪食材源头、进货渠道,甚至食物制作前在酒店内的周转,并通过严格清洁消毒、鼓励分餐制,提供公筷公勺、无接触服务、用餐宾客和食品配送人员健康监测等方法,竭力保障食品和餐饮的安全,让宾客放心用餐、安享美味。 

为消除宾客的顾虑,希尔顿第一时间推出退改保障政策,并随着疫情发展五次更新。同时,为保障宾客及会员的权益,希尔顿还推出了希尔顿荣誉客会会籍及积分的延长政策。此外,希尔顿集团三次面向中国大陆地区和港澳台酒店业主出台相关政策,减免相关费用,并积极与产品服务供应商优化合作方案,帮助业主降低运营成本。 

在奋战抗疫前线的医护人员身后,也有希尔顿集团大中华区团队成员的身影。在湖北抗疫前线,希尔顿湖北酒店接待了来自全国各地的援鄂医疗队、解放军援鄂医疗队以及其他抗疫防疫人员,成为抗疫一线白衣战士们消除疲惫、补充能量的“大后方”。在医护人员完成任务,光荣返乡之际,全国各地希尔顿酒店再次用“热情好客”的温暖和阳光,拥抱凯旋归来的白衣战士,让他们充分休整,恢复体力,用最好的精神面貌与他们亲朋好友重逢团聚。

定义行业清洁新标准,希尔顿推出“CleanStay清洁无忧住” 

疫情发生后,消费者对卫生要求日益提高。在中国大陆所有希尔顿酒店做好准备,开门迎客的前夕,希尔顿集团宣布在全球推出Hilton CleanStay“希尔顿清洁无忧住”,依托现有的高标准卫生要求,推广行业领先的清洁和消毒标准。希尔顿将与RB(利洁时)集团 (Lysol来沙尔与滴露的制造商)和美国顶尖医疗系统Mayo Clinic(梅奥诊所)合作,开发升级版酒店卫生消毒运营工作流程、开展团队成员培训,让希尔顿宾客从登记入住到退房离店,全程享有更洁净更安全的住宿体验。这一合作让宾客在希尔顿18大卓越品牌,逾 6,100 家酒店中的任何一家都能放心住、舒心住。该项目将研发重点放在“清洁卫生” 上,客人在整个入住期间,都可以随时随地清晰地感受“清洁卫生”的印记:从客房、酒店餐厅、酒店健身房到其他酒店公共区域。 

CleanStay “希尔顿清洁无忧住”细节仍在研发阶段,将很快公之于众,涉及的酒店操作标准包括: 

  • “希尔顿清洁无忧住” 安心客房封鉴:增加额外安心措施,在门上贴置客房封条,向宾客表明,客房在彻底保洁后,无人进入。
  • 十点深度清洁:酒店将加强在接触最频繁的客房区域——电灯开关、门把手、电视遥控器和恒温器等处的消毒措施。
  • 减少纸笔等客用品使用:移除笔、纸和服务目录;以数字化方式替代此类物品或按需求提供。
  • 聚焦健身中心:优化酒店健身中心消毒指南,或将每天进行多次保洁,并限制同一时段健身中心内宾客人数。
  • 提高清洁频率:提高公共区域的保洁频率。
  • 设立消毒站:在主入口、高客流区、客房内等处设立消毒站,方便宾客随时擦拭消毒。
  • 创新的消毒技术:希尔顿酒店正在探索新技术的应用,比如使用静电喷雾机和紫外线灯对物体表面进行消毒。 

钱进表示:“我们非常高兴,终于迎来恢复正常运营的时刻。我们重新打开大门,张开双臂,迎接宾客。我们将在现有的清洁高标准基础上,继续提升服务品质,让宾客在希尔顿大中华区255家酒店里,都能住得安心,住得舒心。”

疫情高峰时期,希尔顿大中华区约有150家酒店暂时停止接待新入住宾客。今天,希尔顿集团在中国大陆所有酒店均已恢复正常运营。在进一步提升清洁卫生消毒标准,强化严格防疫措施的基础上,希尔顿团队成员以“热情好客”的阳光和温暖,张开双臂欢迎四面八方宾客。

希尔顿预计,疫情过后,被疫情抑制的、对于高品质出行、亲情和享受美好生活等方面的需求,将会成为消费的主要动力;此外,各地政府出台的一系列扶持政策和计划,将刺激旅游行业的快速恢复和增长。希尔顿将持续迈进在华积极发展的步伐。
