Hilton Named Adoption Friendly Workplace
We’re thrilled to be included as one of the 100 Best Adoption Friendly Workplaces 2018 by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
At Hilton, we know that families form in many ways so last year we introduced an Adoption Assistance Benefit that contributes $10,000 to Team Members to help offset the cost of adoption. Additionally, all new parents – including fathers and adoptive parents – receive two weeks of fully paid parental leave.
