This recognition marks the third year in a row that the global hospitality company has ranked among the top workplaces for parents in the U.S. and the second year in a row at the number one spot. Hilton’s family-friendly support spans the parenthood journey with benefits including a flexible working environment, financial wellbeing tools, and best-in-class parental leave, which was recently extended by two weeks, providing birth mothers with an industry-leading 12 weeks of paid time off, and four weeks of fully paid time off for fathers and adoptive parents.
