MIAMI - Atrio Restaurant + Wine Room at Conrad Miami announced their new signature menu which showcases the finest in Mediterranean cuisine infused with the exotic flavors of Miami. Envisioned by Executive Chef Virgile Brandel, Atrio's new modern dining concept highlights the best seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce to offer an incredible dining experience for the epicurean traveler, paired with scenic views from the elevated restaurant.
The global cuisine fuses Chef Brandel's culinary excellence, ingenuity and skills inspired by the Mediterranean with the international flavors of Miami. The chef has designed the new menu to feature the tropical flavors, ingredients and staples that are native to the Latin American and Caribbean countries that influence Miami including sweet plantain mofongo, roasted corn, yucca fries, toasted pepitas, mango, vanilla and coconut, and grilled snapper and mahi mahi, with distinctive spices and Mediterranean influences. Chef Brandel's own Herb Marinated Grouper with green papaya slaw, harissa aioli and avocado fries combines these regions giving it a non-traditional flare.

"We create specialty dishes made with the freshest ingredients and distinctive, local flavors that are influenced by a number of cultures to offer our guests the most delicious taste in each and every bite."
On the lunch and dinner menus, the Roasted Peach Gazpacho, Empanadas Stuffed with Short Rib, Chargrilled Prime Angus Burger with Smoked Bacon, and Pici Pasta with Exotic Mushroom Bolognese and Stracciatella are some of the stand-out dishes.
For seafood lovers, Atrio's Bay Scallop, Rock Shrimp and Red Snapper Ceviche, Curried Crab Stuffed Avocado and Giant Shrimp Risotto with Taragon Saffron, Peas and Chorizo Crisps are the latest selection of dishes added to Chef Brandel's signature seafood specialties.
Atrio's renowned dining experience would not be complete without Chef Brandel's tempting desserts. Highlighting the best of what Miami has to offer, Atrio's unrivaled desserts include a Dulce de Leche Banana Tartlet, Roasted Spiced Pineapple with Rum and Ginger Ice Cream, and Chocolate Cake with Roasted Bananas and Pop Corn.
Conrad Miami also offers their "Taste of Time" lunch menu which has diners in and out in 45 minutes or the meal is free. The "Taste of Time" menu changes every three weeks and includes a choice of two appetizer options, two entrée options and a dessert. This balanced lunch option is available Mon. - Fri. for $23 plus tax and gratuity and includes complimentary valet parking.
