Conrad Manila Appoints New Director of Food and Beverage
MANILA, Philippines - Conrad Manila today announced the appointment of Clement Huguet as its new director of food and beverage. Clement will provide strategic leadership and oversee the operation of the hotel’s diverse food and beverage outlets as well as its banqueting and catering services. With over 10 years of industry experience under his belt, Clement will bring invaluable expertise to reinvigorate Conrad Manila’s culinary offerings, with a focus on elevating the dining experience and overall guest satisfaction.

Prior to this appointment, Clement spent a year as associate director of food and beverage in a prestigious five-star property in Hanoi, Vietnam. Clement began his career as a corporate trainee in Spain before moving on to manage daily operations, menu development and inventory as part of a golf resort pre-opening team in the Netherlands, and later as assistant director of food and beverage at a local Philippine hotel.
Clement hails from Lyon – the capital city in France’s Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, and holds a Bachelor of Administration in International Hotel Management from the Institut Paul Bocuse, where he graduated with honors.
