Dine Where the Stars at Night are Truly Big and Bright – Dallas, Texas

The Waterproof bar and lounge on the 19th floor of The Statler Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton is an urban oasis that offers stunning views with indoor and outdoor dining options. Private poolside cabanas are available with reservations and a minimum purchase. Kick back during the day and enjoy a nightlife experience after 9 p.m., when it is reserved for ages 21 and up. Dine on small plates, sip classic cocktails and relax—all surrounded by the glittering Dallas skyline.

Toast Champagne & Seafood Cliffside – Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal’s signature cliffside restaurant, El Farallon, just debuted a new private dining location, dubbed El Farallon by the Sea, which is set in cliffs overlooking the stunning Pacific Ocean. El Farallon by the Sea is filled with cozy and coastal decor offering up to six guests private dining accommodations with stunning sunset views. Guests can also drop by the resort’s Champagne Terrace to take in the views and choose from a selection of over 15 champagnes by the glass.

Explore Igloos Under the Stars – Sedona, Arizona

The outdoor garden at ShadowRock Tap + Table, located at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, now offers igloo dining. Each igloo can accommodate up to six guests, making them perfect for bridal brunches, garden parties, dinners, after-hour cocktails—and everything in between. And if you didn’t already know, the night skies over Sedona (and in that igloo) are famous for exceptional stargazing. In fact, the city was awarded the prestigious Dark Sky Community designation by the International Dark Sky Association in 2014.

Take Tea in the Garden – Atlanta, Georgia

Toast Oceanside with a ‘Tide to Table’ Dining Experience – Key West, Florida

Guests at The Reach Resort Key West – Curio Collection by Hilton can reserve the ‘Table to Tide’ culinary experience, which allows them to enjoy white-tablecloth dining—beachside—on Key West’s only private natural sand beach. Diners can expect a sparkling wine toast and six-course chef’s tasting menu that may include oysters and caviar, diver scallops with Latin-inspired sunchokes and frogmore stew with local shellfish. Guests can also upgrade their experience with tiered wine pairings.

Drink in the Nightlife at the World’s Largest Rooftop Bar – Chicago, Illinois

Guests visiting Chi-Town can’t miss the Offshore rooftop bar at Sable at Navy Pier Chicago, Curio Collection, which recently opened as the 100th Curio Collection hotel. Experience Outdoor Grilling, Games & Live Music – Nashville, Tennessee

Patio 315 at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown offers guests a fun outdoor bar and grill experience complete with wide-screen TVs, patio games, a fire pit and some of Nashville’s best live entertainment. Patio 315 offers an urban dining menu options, like brisket nachos and Nashville Hot Chicken & Biscuits, and proudly serves local Tennessee brews in its wide selection of beers and wines.

And as a bonus, we’re happy to share that at a new outdoor dining experience will debut in April at Conrad Washington DC. The hotel’s existing rooftop restaurant, Summit, will offer a new America’s Backyard Patio food and beverage concept, which will focus on environmentally conscious operations and support the local community. Menu ingredients will be sourced from vendors throughout the mid-Atlantic region and menu highlights will include Chesapeake Hard Clams, a House Pork BBQ slow cooked in a solar oven, cocktails with garnishes from the rooftop garden in partnership with Up Top Acres urban farming group with highlights including edible flower cocktails and cocktails featuring solar dehydrated herbs.
