Jeremy was recently recognized in The Salt Lake Tribune for his success and hard work at Spencer's For Steaks & Chops. Additionally, the outlet recognized that for the first time this year, Hilton's featured steakhouse jumped into the "Best of" category in Wine Spectator magazine as one of Utah's six best restaurants for wine.
Aside from his role as General Manager, Jeremy also fulfils the role of Sommelier as he has an intense of knowledge wine, which has been an integral part of the restaurant's expansion of its wine selection. Under Jeremy's nose, Spencer's now offers more than 500 wines and regularly places a large amount of special orders for wines on behalf of Guests who are unable to retrieve them elsewhere.
