Hilton Appoints New Global Head of Hilton Supply Management
Anu Saxena to Spearhead Transformation of Hilton Supply Management
MCLEAN, Va. - Anu Saxena, former Vice President, Product Management for Hilton Global Brands & Services Innovation is now at the helm of Hilton's global procurement organization, Hilton Supply Management (HSM). As Senior Vice President & Global Head for HSM, Anu will be tasked with leading the global procurement of over 4B USD in 90 countries and for more than 2000 global suppliers. Saxena will report directly to Matt Schuyler, Hilton's Chief Human Resources Officer.
In her previous role at Hilton, Anu was the owner of the product management process from ideation to launch and was responsible for designing, developing and commercializing products for 13 brands globally. Prior to joining Hilton, Saxena was in management consulting and led the United Nations effort to upgrade key processes & systems in 120 countries. Anu began her career at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, consulting across multiple categories and industries.

A native of India, Saxena came to the U.S. to pursue her undergraduate degree, earning her bachelor's from The Ohio State University. Saxena also proudly serves as the executive sponsor for Hilton's Asian & Pacific Islander Team Member Resource Group, an affinity network that fosters an inclusive corporate culture and promotes professional growth and development.
