DEADWOOD, S.D. - Hilton's (NYSE: HLT) new, midscale hotel brand, Tru by Hilton, today announced the opening of its latest property, Tru by Hilton Deadwood in South Dakota. The property will be part of the first-ever Tru by Hilton and DoubleTree by Hilton dual-branded property when DoubleTree by Hilton Deadwood at Cadillac Jack’s opens later this year, which is converting from the existing Cadillac Jack’s Hotel. This revolutionary, dual-branded hotel is one example of the many ways Hilton brands are teaming up to provide a more diverse lodging offering for a broader variety of travelers.

The properties, managed by Liv Hospitality, LLC, are located on historic Main Street in the center of The Black Hills’ most popular attractions, including Mount Rushmore National Monument, Devil’s Tower National Monument, Spearfish Canyon, Badlands National Park and Black Hills National Forest, making it the ideal place to stay for travelers looking for outdoor adventure.
Tru by Hilton Deadwood will share a fitness center with the adjacent DoubleTree by Hilton property, while each will have their own food and beverage outlets and business centers. The attached Cadillac Jack’s Gaming Resort features a casino with slot machines, onsite nightclub, poker room and table games, including blackjack, craps, and roulette. Additionally, Cadillac Jack’s Gaming Resort has several dining options, including Earl of Sandwich, Made Market serving Starbucks®, Guadalajara’s Mexican Restaurant, Marco’s Pizza and FLYT Steakhouse by Alpine Inn, which will also be serving the DoubleTree by Hilton breakfast.
